 What is the purpose of BootyTalls?
To help keep boots from bending at the ankle when not wearing them and to help preserve boots while being stored. They help keep boots upright and for wet weather, inserting the BootyTalls into the boot and standing them on a mat will help to ensure that the drainage occurs on the mat not the floor!

What are BootyTalls made from?
BootyTalls are made from poly/cotton fabric on the exterior and polyfil interior. Inside the BootyTalls is a small vinyl covered weight comprised of small sterile pebbles.

BootyTalls are manufactured in Maple Ridge British Columbia Canada.

What is your return policy?
If after 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase return the BootyTalls in the original packaging in the same condition received for a full refund less shipping and handling.

What payment methods are acceptable?
We accept Paypal, money orders and certified checks in either Canadian or US funds. We do not accept personal checks and do not send cash through the mail.

What are the shipping charges?
The rate varies based on the quantity you order. For example the shipping on one pair is $7.95. The shipping for each additional pair is $1 extra or $8.95 for 2 pair, up to a max of $11.95 for the purchase of between 5-9. If you would like more then 9 pair please contact us for special pricing and shipping.

How long does it take to have an order sent and delivered?
Personal Orders will be sent out within 2 business days of order being received. Retail orders will depend on the size and variety of the order.
